Full-time, Key Account Management & Growth Markets
ELLER foodPackaging develops and produces sustainable food packaging for the world’s most renowned food brands. We create “MOMENTS OF JOY” for people in the foodservice industry and grow by 20% every year. We’re looking for you to help us strengthen customer relationships and tap into new market potential across Europe.
You will ensure that, through your targeted acquisition of new customers and your market analysis in the convenience store and quick service restaurant sectors, we continuously identify new business opportunities and provide input for product development.
You are successful when we are able to inspire new prospects and turn them into long-term customers.
YOUR SKILLS
- Experience in customer acquisition, ideally in the packaging, foodservice, or industrial sectors.
- An appreciative and respectful manner with customers and colleagues.
- The ability to set your own goals independently and take responsibility for achieving them.
- Fluent English skills suitable for negotiations.
- You are full of energy, eager to build something, and have 2–3 years of professional experience.
THESE TARGETS SHOULD MOTIVATE YOU
- You will be responsible for listing new products and driving expansion into additional markets.
- You will work closely with our product development team and customers to create new packaging solutions and assist in pricing.
- You will inspire new customers via video calls and on-site visits.
- You will be a key player in maintaining our annual growth of 15% together with our agile 13-person team.
