Part-time on site, Accounting, Cost & Liquidity Planning with KPI expertise
ELLER foodPackaging develops and produces sustainable food packaging for the world’s most well-known food brands. We create “MOMENTS OF JOY” for people in the foodservice industry and grow by 20% each year. In this role, you will be closely involved in the operational and strategic management of our company, ensuring financial stability and transparent processes.
You will work closely with our CEO and take responsibility for our commercial processes. You ensure that accounting processes are reliably executed, our liquidity is secured at all times, and relevant KPIs for corporate management are accurately prepared.
Your work is successful when your support enables us to make clear financial decisions and sustain our strong growth performance.
YOUR SKILLS
- You have solid experience in accounting, payments, and dunning processes.
- You work independently, prioritise well, and approach tasks with strong execution skills.
- You have a strong affinity for numbers and solid knowledge of Excel and financial accounting.
- You handle confidential information with discretion.
- You have excellent English skills, both written and spoken.
- You’re energetic, open to new ideas, and want to actively shape our finance processes.

- You are responsible for accounting-related processes and implement them promptly and efficiently.
- Together with external accountants, you prepare monthly and annual financial statements and process key financial indicators for strategic decision-making.
- You oversee the dunning process and ensure timely incoming payments.
- You keep an eye on our liquidity and further develop our future cost planning.
- You work with our CEO on operational and strategic tasks as well as exciting projects.
